A QUARTER-CENTURY OF FIELD DATA

Proven in the Field

Not a lab. Not just a model. People, in real settings.

For years, the response Phil heard was the same: "You're solving a problem people don't know they have yet." They do now. Over twenty-five years, more than 45,000 people used the Sphere to look at their own lives and organizations — across more than fifty different settings.

We've been working inside context before it had a name, before there was a lane. Now the lane exists. We don't have to explain the category anymore. We get to demonstrate a version of it fully grown.

Some of the fifty

Among them: the management team of a major brewery — and a car wash crew. The geometry didn't care.

But we didn't build an audience. We built an instrument. And institutions put it to work.

Every field and every new application has its own gates — its own credentials, its own insider expectations, its own way of deciding who belongs there with something new. We took the work through fifty of them anyway, one at a time, on purpose: an instrument that claims to read any human system has to prove it everywhere, not somewhere. That's where the years went. Not waiting — crossing.

Coaches, counselors, consultants, chaplains — professionals carried it into their own rooms, into graduate training, into accredited continuing education for therapists. Over time, the work also entered agency‑ and foundation‑supported projects — HRSA, the U.S. Army, Robert Wood Johnson, Novo, Colorado Health, Well Being Trust — expanding the documentation and case summaries Phil has kept across the years.

Each participant mapped their own situation: anonymously, quickly, and whole. The entire picture, in a single view. Engage the same map months later, and the change shows up in the shape itself. Share it with a professional and you've got a talking map. Share it with a partner or teammate and you can see where you actually differ and agree — and start there. It looks effortless. It took a quarter-century to make it that way.

That record is the ground under everything else on this site. The people came back. The method held.
